Join theTeam.

The teams at Coursera, Notion, ClickUp, Handshake, Lemonade, and Mercury run their lifecycle marketing on our agents. We raised $17M to prove that always-on AI — not hand-built campaigns — is how 1-1 personalization gets done at scale. We're 11 people hiring the founding team that owns it: on-site in San Francisco, pay public on every role, working directly with the founders. Every seat is in-person and full-time in San Francisco — there's no remote or hybrid option — and open only to candidates already authorized to work in the U.S.

why we're here
"Every message a company sends should feel like it was written for exactly one person. We're building the machine that makes that true — and we're excited to build the future with you."

Neha Mittal
Co-Founder & CEO, JustAI

what you actually get

Founders Neha Mittal & Jeff Hara saw it firsthand at Twitter and Pinterest: one message tweak could bring a million users — but testing took forever. JustAI is the fix.
Meaningful early equity — you're building the company, you should own it
Backed by Base10, Y Combinator and Peak XV — $17M Series A
Pay ranges public on every role; competetive comp package
In-person energy in San Francisco — customers and frontier labs next door
Life at JustAI

Small team. BIG table.

Eleven people, one room in San Francisco, and a standing rule that wins get celebrated properly. Here's what that actually looks like.

our values · how we work

Six values we run on — not poster words.

This is not a place to coast. It's a place to compress a decade of learning into two years, ship things you're slightly afraid of, and watch them run at a scale most engineers never touch. These are the values we hold each other to, every day.

01
We're a sports team,
not a family.
High performance, clear roles, direct feedback. We coach, not coddle — when someone needs support, we have open and constructive conversations. And when we win, we win as a team.
02
Honesty & trust
>> skills and numbers.
To ourselves. To the team. To the customer. Do the right thing even when no one's watching. We'd rather build with trustworthy people than brilliant mercenaries.
03
Bring your heart to work.
Be passionate. give it all.
We're doing this because we choose to — acknowledge the privilege. We show up fully, intellect + emotion. Building this company is an emotional, deeply personal journey, and we wouldn't want it any other way.
04
Think long term,
act short term.
Bold, well-thought-out decisions from first principles. Avoid hype, think big. Speed, focus, and discipline guide us — the gap between “idea” and “live in production” here is measured in days, sometimes hours.
05
Accountability is everything.
communication is the key.
“Deal with it.” Nothing is beyond or beneath you. Communicate proactively to set expectations. Accountability isn't about blame — it's about ownership and clarity.
06
Customer first,
not AI first.
We exist to solve for humans. Every product conversation starts with “what's the customer's problem?” — because tech only goes as far as customer adoption. Handshake, Coursera, ClickUp, and Notion bought results.
the work

You won't maintain software.
You'll raise a workforce.

JustAI is a team of autonomous agents that run lifecycle marketing end to end — and a team of humans who make those agents smarter every week. Whatever you join to do, this is the machine you're building.

reads the data

Strategy Agent

Uncovers patterns between users who convert and those who don't — predicting rich cohorts, untapped segments, and high-leverage moments. The problems here are pure applied ML at unfair scale.

01
writes the words

Creative Agent

Blends brand voice, user insight, and product knowledge into conversion-ready content — millions of on-brand variants, zero copywriter burnout. LLM orchestration with real constraints and real stakes.

02
makes the call

Decisioning Agent

Real-time reinforcement learning across channels: identifies winning variants and routes traffic to what performs, turning every send into a self-improving loop. Bandits, in production, at billions of decisions.

03
closes the loop

Data Agent

Turns billions of events into instant, actionable insight so no one ever waits for an analyst again. The infrastructure under this is the kind of thing infra engineers brag about at parties.
